Click Sales Tools on the main menu and then click the Video Manager link.

The Video Manager has three tabs:

●    My Videos

●    Upload Video

●    Import Video

The My Videos tab has two sections:

●    The My Videos section displays the videos you have added. The My Videos section has action links:.

●    Click the Edit link to update the Video Title.

●    Click the View Stats link to view statistics for video viewing.

●    Click the Embed On Site link to get the HTML code to paste in an site’s HTML Editor to place the video on that site.

●    Click the Email This Video link to get a Video URL to use in an external email application.

●    Click the Play link to preview the video.

●    Click the Delete link to delete the video from your video manager.

●    The Company Videos section shows the system videos that have been made available for your use.

To upload a video:

1.  Click the Upload Video tab.

2.  Enter the video’s Title in the textbox.

3.  Click the Browse button to find the video file on your local computer.

4.  Click the Save button to upload the video. Supported video file formats include:

●    .flv

●    .wmv

●    .mpg

●    .rmvb

●    .3gp

●    .mov

●    .mp4

●    .avi

To import a YouTube video:

1.  Click the Import Video tab.

2.  Enter the video’s Title in the textbox.

3.  Enter the YouTube Video URL.

4.  Click the Save button.
