System Notifications

System Notification can inform you of various events via Email or Text Message. On the Welcome page, click the Go To My User Settings link, and then click the Personal System Notifications link.

Email Notification

This is the screen where you can enter your email address for Email Notification and turn this feature on or off. With Email Notification, your notification are forwarded to the email address you specify.

To set up email notification:

1.  Click the Notification By Email On option to and turn email notification on. Select Off to turn off email notification.

2.  Enter your email address.

3.  Select “Notify me by email when I receive” options to set up what you will be notified about:

    All Events - select this option to be notified of all events.

    Prospect Filling Out Web Form - select this option to be notified when a prospect submits a web form.

    Returning Visitor to Site - select this option to be notified when a prospect revisits your site.

    Admin Calendar Event Reminder - select this option to be notified when an Admin entered event is on your calendar.

    Real Time Lead Submission - select this option to be notified when a purchased lead is added to your back office.

    Member Calendar Event Reminder - select this option to be notified when an event you have entered is on your calendar.

    Opened Autoresponder Email - select this option to be notified when a contact opens an autoresponder email.

    Email Marked as SPAM - select this option to be notified when a Contact marks an email as SPAM.

    Contact Viewed Video - select this option to be notified when a Contact views a video.

4.  Click the Save button to save the selections.

Text Notification

To enter your cell phone number for text notification:

1.  Enter the cell phone number you want the text notifications to be sent to.

2.  Select your cell phone carrier from the drop down. If you don’t see your cell phone service provider in the drop-down list, select the “other” option, and enter the domain name for your service provider.

3.  Select Notify me by text when I receive options to set up what you will be notified about.

4.  Click the Save button to save your settings.

Update Notification Info

To change your email address for email notification:

1.  Edit your email address.

2.  Click the Save button to save your updates.

NOTE: If Message Notification by Email is currently off, the Off button will be selected. Click the On button to turn this feature on. If Message Notification by Email is currently on, the On button will be selected. Click the Off button to turn this feature off.

To edit the cell phone for text notification:

1.  Click the Change button if you need to change the cell phone number for your text notifications. When the screen refreshes, enter the cell phone number you want the text notifications to be sent to. Select your cell phone carrier from the drop down. If you don’t see your cell phone carrier in the drop-down list, select the “other” option, and enter the domain name for your service provider.

2.  Select On to turn on text notification. Select Off to turn off text notification.

3.  Click the Save button to save the edited number and/or provider.

NOTE: If Notification by Text is currently off, the Off button will be selected. Click the On button to turn this feature on. If Notification by Text is currently on, the On button will be selected. Click the Off button to turn this feature off.

To opt out of emails sent by the system Admin:

1.  Check the Unsubscribe from Broadcasts & Autoresponders sent by the system Admin checkbox.

2.  Click the Save button to save your changes.
