Click Sales Tools on the main menu and then click the Manage My Site link to go to the My Website page. On the My Website page, click the Configure My About Me Page link.

Follow the steps below to customize your About Me page:

●    Step 1: Enter your Contact Information to display on the About Me Page. Note: These fields are the same as the Account Merge fields. BEFORE Proceeding to the next step, click the Save button.

●    Step 2: Enter your Social Networking site information (optional). Follow the instructions in the tool tips for each entry. When you enter your social networking merges, clickable icons will display on the About Me Page. These fields are the same as the Account Merge fields. BEFORE Proceeding to the next step, click the Save button.

●    Step 3: Upload your Personal Photo (optional). To display a personal picture on your site, click the Browse button to locate the picture to upload on your local computer. Click the Upload button to upload and save your personal picture.

NOTE: For proper display, we recommend that the width/size of the photo should not exceed 185 pixels.

●    Step 4: You can enter a Personal Message (optional). The About Me page has three updatable sections (Introduction, Opportunity and The System). Select the section to update in the drop-down and the page refreshes with that content in the HTML Editor to update.

NOTE: Every time the page refreshes entries in fields that have not been saved will be lost. Make sure to click the Save button to save the information entered on the page before updating your personal message content in the HTML Editor.

●    Step 5: You can select a video for your About Me page (optional). The drop-down has the videos from your video manager to select from. Click the Save button to save your selected video.

NOTE:

●    If you do not select a video (Select a Video being the option selected in the drop-down), the page will not have a video (and the video player will be hidden).

●    If after saving a video for the page and publishing, you can completely remove the video player from the page by selecting the Select a Video option in the drop-down and saving.  

●    Step 6: If you have Premier, you can enable Live Chat for the About Me page.

●    To enable live chat, check the checkbox and click the Save Live Chat Settings button. To disable live chat, uncheck the checkbox and click the Save Live Chat Settings button.

●    You can display your personal photo in the Live Chat window that your Site Visitors use to chat with you. The image should be 70 x 70 pixels in size. Click the browse button to locate the picture to upload on your local computer. Click the Save Live Chat Photo button to upload and save your photo.

●    Step 7: Clicking the Preview Your Page button opens a new browser window/tab with your About Me page.
