How Can I Print Mailing Labels for Contacts?

The system can create 14 label Avery Address Label sheets for your contacts. Avery® Easy Peel® Address Labels:

    Product # 8662, Pack of 350 (14 Labels per Sheet)

    Product # 5662, Box of 700 Sheets (14 Labels per Sheet)

To create mailing labels:

1.  Click My Contacts on the main menu to go to the Search for Contacts screen.

2.  Search for the contacts you want to print mailing labels for. You can click on a Category link to see all the contacts for that category group.

3.  Select the checkboxes in the search results table for the contacts you want to print mailing labels for

4.  Click the Print Labels link. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to print labels for the selected contacts.

5.  Click the OK button to proceed. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to open or save the PDF file. Click the Open button to open the Avery Labels PDF.

6.  When the PDF opens, click Print in the File drop-down. To ensure proper printing, make sure the Page Scaling drop-down is set to None.

7.  Click the OK button to print the labels.

NOTE: You can also save the Avery Labels PDF to your local computer for future use.
