Admin View Home Page Announcements

Clicking the Home Page Announcements option in the User Settings drop-down on the main menu brings you to the Home Page Announcements screen.

To create a new announcement, click the Create New Home Page Announcement link, and you will be brought to the Manage Home Page Announcement screen where you can enter the content for your new announcement.

The Home Page Announcements screen displays the announcements you have created in a table.

    Announcement Name - displays the Name saved for the announcement.

    Date - displays the date the announcement was created.

    To view the content for an announcement, click the View link for the announcement in the table, and the announcement content will display in a pop-up window/tab.

    To edit an announcement, click the Edit link for the announcement in the table, and you will go to the Manage Home Page Announcement screen where you can update and save the announcement content.

    To delete an announcement from the table, click the Delete link for the announcement in the table.
