Admin View Calendar

Using the Calendar, you can schedule events and send reminders of the scheduled events.

Clicking the Calendar option on the menu brings you to the Calendar screen.

To enter a new calendar event:

1.  Click the Enter Calendar Event link. The Appointment Details pop-up window/tab will open.

2.  On the Appointment Details pop-up window/tab, enter the event details:

    Subject

    Location

    Event Date

    Start Time

    End Time

    Event Type:

    Company Created Appointment

    Conference Call

    Phone Call

    To Do

    Meeting

    Webinar: If you select Webinar, enter the Webinar's URL.

    Notes

    Recurrence: If the event is a reoccurring event, check the This event repeats checkbox and enter the details:

    Select the time frame using the drop-down

    If there is no end date for the reoccurring event, leave the Until checkbox unchecked. If there is an end date for the reoccurring event, check the Until checkbox, and enter the end date in the Until textbox.

3.  Click Save and Close link to save the event to the calendar.

To update an existing calendar event:

1.  Click the link for the event in the Calendar. The Appointment Details pop-up window/tab will open.

2.  On the Appointment Details pop-up window/tab, update the event details as needed.

3.  Click Save and Close link to save the updated event to the calendar.

To delete a calendar event:

1.  Click the link for the event in the Calendar. The Appointment Details pop-up window/tab will open.

2.  On the Appointment Details pop-up window/tab, click the Delete link to delete the event from the calendar.
