Admin Sales Activity Report

You can see who has signed up for your system with the Admin Sales Activity Report.

To access the report, click Sales Activity in the User Settings drop-down.
NOTE: COA maintains live accounts in your system to monitor email delivery and other system functions. All COA test accounts have “COA” as the first name and “Test” as the last name (so you can tell them apart from your real accounts.

    Search filters: The search fields will include the following.

    Customer Status: This drop-down filter allows you to select the Customer Account status to search on. Drop-down options will include (NOTE: Active will be the default selection):

    All – if selected the search will include all account statuses (Active, Inactive and Incomplete)

    Active – if selected the search will include Active accounts only

    Inactive – if selected the search will include Inactive accounts only

    Incomplete – if selected the search will include Incomplete accounts only

    Signed up: This filter drop-down allows you to do searches for accounts that signed up with referrals and for accounts that signed up without referrals. Drop-down options will include:

    Select Referred By – if selected the search will include all accounts (those with referrals and those without referrals)

    With Referral – if selected the search will include accounts that signed up with referrals only

    Without Referral – if selected the search will include accounts that signed up without referrals only

    Package: This filter drop-down allows you to do searches based on the System Package for the account. Drop-down options will be populated by the package names available for your company and All (NOTE: All will be the default selection.).

    iTeleCenter #: This filter textbox allows you to search for a single account using a TeleCenter Toll Free phone number.

    Date Signed Up From: This filter textbox/calendar chooser allows you to enter the beginning date to search for all accounts that signed up within a date range. To: This filter textbox/calendar chooser allows you to enter the end date to search for all accounts that signed up within a date range.

    Date Inactive From: This filter textbox/calendar chooser allows you to enter the beginning date to search for all accounts that cancelled within a date range. To: This filter textbox/calendar chooser allows you to enter the end date to search for all accounts that cancelled within a date range.

    Customer First Name: This filter textbox allows you to search for accounts with the first name entered in the textbox. NOTE: The search will be on Billable Account Name, not the Merge Name entered in the back office.

    Customer Last Name: This filter textbox allows the Admin to search for accounts with the last name entered in the textbox. NOTE: The search will be on Billable Account Name, not the Merge Name entered in the back office.

    Country: This filter textbox allows the Admin to search for accounts in a certain country.

    State: This filter textbox allows the Admin to search for accounts in a certain state.

    City: This filter textbox allows the Admin to search for accounts in a certain city.

    Member ID: This filter textbox allows you to search for a single account using a system Member ID.

    Logged In Last: This filter allows you to search for Members based on whether or not they logged in since a certain date.

    Select Include and pick a date to see all the members who have logged in since that date.

    Select Exclude and pick a date to see all the members who NOT have logged in since that date.

    Search Results Table: The table will include the following columns (column headers are texts in bold below).

    Member ID: This column displays the Member ID for the Member. The Member cannot see his Member ID in his back office. The Member ID is useful to the Admin in the following scenarios.

    If a Member has questions about leads purchased from a lead vendor, you should refer to the Member ID when communicating with the Lead Vendor company. Lead Vendors use the Member ID to identify which Member is sent the purchased leads.

    If you are creating a Rotating Web Form and there are multiple members with the same email address, you can use the Member ID to differentiate between the accounts with the same email address.

    Account Name: This column displays the First Name and Last Name saved for account in the billing database.

    Account Phone: This column displays the Phone Number saved for account in the billing database.

    TeleCenter #: This column displays the TeleCenter number(s) for the account.

    Account Email: This column displays the email saved for account in the billing database (log in email address).

    Status: This column displays the Customer status (Active, Inactive or Incomplete).

    Package: This column displays the System Package type for the account.

    Date Signed Up: This column displays the Signed Up date for the account.

    Date Cancelled: This column displays the Cancelled date for the account.

    Date of Last Log In: This column displays the date of the last time the Member logged in.

    Referred By Email: This column displays the email address for the referral (if the account was signed up with a referral).

    City: This column displays the city for the account.

    State: This column displays the state for the account.

Export Search Data Options: Buttons are available to export the search results data:

Clicking this button opens a pop-up asking if “Do you want to save or open this file?” with Open, Save and Cancel buttons. Clicking the Open button opens a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the search results.

Clicking this button opens a pop-up asking if “Do you want to save or open this file?” with Open, Save and Cancel buttons. Clicking the Open button opens a Microsoft Word doc with the search results.
