Admin Manage Site Settings
1. Select the Site URL from the drop-down for the site you want edit the settings for and then you can update the following for the site.
● Site Name: The site name you enter will be saved as the Site Name Text Merge option in the Web Page Update and Email Campaign HTML Editors.
● Website URL Phrase: The phrase you enter will display in received Autoresponder emails where the Website URL has been inserted. NOTE: the phrase will not appear in the HTML Editor for the Autoresponder Email. It will only be seen in the received email.
● Website Revisit URL Phrase: The phrase you enter will display in received Autoresponder emails where the Website Revisit URL has been inserted. NOTE: the phrase will not appear in the HTML Editor for the Autoresponder Email. It will only be seen in the received email.
● Action on Invalid URL: Select what you want the system to do when an invalid site name is entered at the end of the URL.
● If you select the “Redirect to Invalid Site Name Page” option, the system will bring the user to a page that states the URL entered was not valid.
● If you select the “Go to Corporate Site” option, the system will bring the user to the Top Member account version of the website.
● If you select the “Redirect to Sign Up Page” option, the system will bring the user to the Sign Up page.
● Select Landing Page: Select the landing page that should be used as the default.
● Enter Landing Page Description: The description will display in the landing pages tab on the Manage Site page in the Member back office.
● Site Name Restriction: List the words or phrases that you do not want your members to use in their site names. Each word/phrase should be separated by a comma.
● Site Content Restrictions: List the words or phrases that you do not want your members to use when creating their profiles or updating content on member updatable pages. Each word/phrase should be separated by a comma.
2. Click the Save button to save your updates.
