Admin Manage Resource Center Pages

You can create multiple Resource Center pages to provide your members with the tools they need to be successful.

To reach the Manage Resource Center screen, click Manage Resource Center Pages in the Resource Center drop-down on the main menu.

To update the display sort order of your training page links, click the Sort Training Page Links link and you will go to the Sort Training Page Links screen.

The Resource Center pages you have created are listed in the Page Name drop-down.

To add a resource center page to the Resource Center:

1.  Click the Add Resource Center Page link on the Manage Resource Center screen.

2.  Complete the following steps:

    Page Name – Enter the Page Name. The Page Name will be used for the Navigation option for the Resource Center Page.

    Display Page in Resource Center Drop-down – Check this checkbox if you want the resource center page to be available in the resource center drop-down on the Member main menu. Leave this checkbox unchecked if you don't want the resource center page to be available in the resource center drop-down on the Member main menu.

    Subpage of – Select the Resource Center page/option you want the new page to be placed under.

    Page Content – Enter and format the Resource Center page content in the HTML Editor.

NOTE: You can create links to resource center sub pages on a resource center web page using the Resource Center Page Links drop-down in the HTML editor. Place your cursor in the HTML Editor where you want the link to appear. Click the resource center page option in the Resource Center Page links drop-down and the link will appear in the HTML editor.

3.  Click the Save button to save the resource center page.

To edit a resource center page:

1.  Select the resource center page you want to edit in the Page Name drop-down on the Manage Resource Center screen.

2.  Complete the following steps:

    Page Name – Edit the Page Name. The Page Name will be used for the Navigation option for the Resource Center Page.

    Display Page in Resource Center Drop-down – Check this checkbox if you want the resource center page to be available in the resource center drop-down on the Member main menu. Leave this checkbox unchecked if you don't want the resource center page to be available in the resource center drop-down on the Member main menu.

    Subpage of – Select the Resource Center page/option you want the page to be placed under.

    Page Content – Edit and format the Resource Center page content in the HTML Editor.
