Admin Email SPAM Percent Report

You can generate an Email SPAM Percent Report.

To access the report, click Email Percent Report in the User Settings drop-down.  

    Report filters: The report fields include the following.

    Date Range: Enter the date range for the report in the From and To textboxes.

    Lead Source Filter:

    Select Lead Source Radio button with drop-down: When the Select Lead Source Radio button is selected, the drop-down appears. The Lead Source drop-down options include “All” and a list of the Lead Sources for your specific Company/System.

    Manually Entered – All Members Radio button: If selected, the report will generate for emails sent to Contacts whose contact records were manually entered by Members only.

    Manually Entered By Member ID Radio button with textbox. When the Manually Entered By Member ID button is selected, the textbox appears. The Admin can then enter a Member ID and the report will generate for emails sent to Contacts whose contact records were manually entered by that Member only.

    Report Results Table: There report will generate with one row per lead source. The table includes the following columns. Column headers are links to sort the report.

    Lead Source (hyperlink): Displays the Lead Source. Clicking the Lead Source Link opens a new browser window/tab with the details for the Contacts for this Lead Source. See the “Lead Source Information table” section below details:

    Total Contacts Added: Displays the Total number of contacts added for that Lead Source.

    Permanent Bounce Count: Displays the Total number of permanent bounced emails for that Lead Source.

    % of Permanent Bounce: Displays the percent of permanent bounced emails for that Lead Source.

    Spam By ESP Count: Displays the Total number of emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking a link in the Email Service Provider application (for that Lead Source).

    % of Spam By ESP: Displays the percent of emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking a link in the Email Service Provider application (for that Lead Source).

    Spam By Email Count: Displays the Total number of emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking the SPAM link in the email (for that Lead Source).

    % of Spam By Email: Displays the percent of emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking the SPAM link in the email (for that Lead Source).

    Total Spam Email Count: Displays the Total number of emails marked as SPAM for the Lead Source (from both emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking a link in the Email Service Provider application AND emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking the SPAM link in the email)

    % of Total Spam Mail: Displays the percent of emails marked as SPAM for the Lead Source (from both emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking a link in the Email Service Provider application AND emails marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking the SPAM link in the email)

    Lead Source Information Table: Clicking the Lead Source Link in the report results grid opens a new browser window/tab with the details for the Contacts for this Lead Source. The Lead Source Contact Details Window/Tab has a table (with one row per Contact) with the following columns:

    Member ID: Displays the Member ID for the Member who owns the contact.

    Member Name: Displays the [Account Full Name] for the Member who owns the contact.

    Member Email ID: Displays the [Account Email] for the Member who owns the contact.

    Contact ID: Displays the Contact ID number.

    Contact Email: Displays the Contact’s email address.

    Date Added: Displays the date the contact was added to the system.

    Unsubscribe: Displays “Yes” if the Contact has clicked an unsubscribe link. Displays “No” if the Contact has NOT clicked an unsubscribe link.

    Unsubscribe Date: If “Yes” value is in the Unsubscribe column, this column displays the date the unsubscribe link was clicked.

    Permanent Bounce: Displays “Yes” if permanent bounce has occurred. Displays “No” if permanent bounce has NOT occurred.

    Permanent Bounce Date: If “Yes” value is in the Permanent Bounce column, this column displays the date the permanent bounce occurred.

    ESP SPAM: Displays “Yes” if the email was marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking a link in the Email Service Provider application. Displays “No” if the email was not marked as SPAM by the recipient clicking a link in the Email Service Provider application.

    Spam Date: If “Yes” value is in the ESP SPAM column, this column displays the date the email was marked as SPAM.

    Is SPAM by Email: Displays “Yes” if the contact has marked an email as SPAM using the SPAM link in the email. Displays “No” if the contact has NOT marked an email as SPAM using the SPAM link in the email.

    Spam by Email Date: If “Yes” value is in the Spam by Email column, this column displays the date the email was marked as SPAM.

    Domain Name: Displays the domain of the Contact’s email address (for example: Yahoo, Hotmail etc)

    Contact Source: Displays the Contact Source for the Contact.

Export Report Options: Buttons are available to export the report:

Clicking this button opens a pop-up asking if “Do you want to save or open this file?” with Open, Save and Cancel buttons. Clicking the Open button opens a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the search results.
