Admin Email Delivery Report
● Report filters: The report fields include the following.
● Date Range: Enter the date range for the report in the From and To textboxes.
● To Domain:
● Select “All” to see all emails.
● Select a “To Domain” in the drop-down to see emails sent to that To Domain only.
● Contact Source:
● Select “All” to see all emails.
● Select a “Contact Source” in the drop-down to see emails sent to Contacts with that Contact Source only.
● Unsubscribe Type:
● Select “All” to see all emails.
● Select “Unsubscribe” to see emails to Contacts who clicked the Unsubscribe link.
● Select “Is Spam” to see emails to Contacts that were marked as Spam.
● Select “Permanent Bounce” to see emails that were permanently bounced.
● First Name: Enter the Member First Name you want to see activity for.
● Last Name: Enter the Member Last Name you want to see activity for.
● Search Results Table: The table will include the following columns.
● Member ID: Displays the Member ID (that sent the email).
● Member Name: Displays the Member’s Full Name (that sent the email).
● Member Email: Displays the Member's Email Address (FROM email on the sent the email).
● Contact Email: Displays the Recipient/Contact’s Email Address that the email was sent to.
● Contact Name: Displays the Recipient/Contact’s First and Last Name.
● Date Added: Displays the date that the Contact was added to the system.
● Un-Subscribed: Displays “Yes” if the recipient unsubscribed from the email. Displays “No” if the recipient did not unsubscribe from the email.
● Date Un-Subscribed: Displays the date the Unsubscribe was submitted to the system.
● Permanent Bounced: Displays “Yes” if the recipient unsubscribed from the email. Displays “No” if the recipient did not unsubscribe from the email.
● Date Bounced: Displays the date the Permanent Bounce Message was submitted to the FocalPoint system.
● Is-Spam:
● Displays “Yes from ESP” if the recipient marked the email as SPAM using the Email Service Provider's application.
● Displays “Yes from Email” if the recipient marked the email as SPAM by clicking the SPAM link in the received email.
● Displays “No” if the recipient did not mark the email as SPAM.
● Date Spammed: Displays the date the SPAM report was submitted to the FocalPoint system.
● Contact Source: Displays the Contact Source for the Contact record.
Clicking this button opens a pop-up asking if “Do you want to save or open this file?” with Open, Save and Cancel buttons. Clicking the Open button opens a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the search results. |
