Admin Edit Broadcast Email - Select Recipients

You can edit a Broadcast Email that is scheduled to send in the future.

1.  Select the Members you want to email from the options provided.

    Send to Active Members - Active Members are members whose accounts are in good standing or locked. Check the Send to Active Members checkbox to include Active Members in the send. Then select which active members will be included in the send to.

    All: Select All to email all active members.

    Signed Up Between: Select Signed Up Between and enter a date range to email active members who signed up within that date range.

    Signed Up Before, After or On: Select Signed Up Before and enter a date to email active members who signed up before that date. Select Signed Up After and enter a date to email active members who signed up after that date. Select Signed Up On and enter a date to email active members who signed up on that date.

    Logged In Last: This filter allows you to send to Members based on whether or not they logged in since a certain date.

    Select Include and pick a date to include all the members who have logged in since that date.

    Select Exclude and pick a date to include all the members who NOT have logged in since that date.Send to Inactive Members - Inactive Members are members whose accounts have been cancelled. Check the Send to Inactive Members checkbox to include Inactive Members in the send. Then select which inactive members will be included in the send to.

    Send to Inactive Members - Inactive Members are members whose accounts have been cancelled. Check the Send to Inactive Members checkbox to include Inactive Members in the send. Then select which inactive members will be included in the send to.

    All: Select All to email all inactive members.

    Signed Up Between: Select Signed Up Between and enter a date range to email inactive members who signed up within that date range.

    Signed Up Before, After or On: Select Signed Up Before and enter a date to email inactive members who signed up before that date. Select Signed Up After and enter a date to email inactive members who signed up after that date. Select Signed Up On and enter a date to email inactive members who signed up on that date.

2.  Enter the Email subject in the Subject textbox.

3.  Enter the email content and format it using the HTML Editor.

4.  Click the Send Test Email Message button to send a test email to the Admin email address. Click the Save Your Work button to save your email message and proceed to the next step, scheduling your message to send.
