Admin Add Resource Center Page

You can create multiple Resource Center pages to provide your members with the tools they need to be successful.

To add a resource center page to the Resource Center:

1.  Click the Add Resource Center Page link on the Manage Resource Center screen.

2.  Complete the following steps:

    Page Name – Enter the Page Name. The Page Name will be used for the Navigation option for the Resource Center Page.

    Display Link for Page in Training Center – Check this checkbox if you want the training page to have a navigation link in the Training Center in the Member back office. Leave this checkbox unchecked if you don't want the page to have a navigation link in the Training Center.

    Subpage of – When you make a Training Page a subpage of another page, the navigation link for the subpage will display indented below the page it is a subpage of.

    Page Content – Enter and format the training page content in the HTML Editor.

    Videos - You can insert a video on the training page using the Insert Video drop-down in the HTML editor.

a.  Select the video you want to insert from the Insert Video drop-down. A new browser window or tab will open with options for the video. There are three options to insert the video into your email.

    Select the Default Frame button if you want the video’s default frame to appear in the video player window (before the video is played), and then click the Insert button.

    Select the Custom Picture Frame button to have a custom picture appear in the video player window. Click the Browse button to find the picture for the custom frame on your local computer. Click the Upload button to upload that picture. Select the picture you just uploaded in the Select an Image drop-down and click the Insert button.

    Select the Insert Link button to insert a video link in the email (instead of inserting a player), and then click the Insert button.

b.  When you click the Insert button, the insert video window or tab closes and you can continue adding the content for your training page.

    Navigation Links - You can add links to other training pages using the Training Center Page Links drop-down in the HTML editor.

a.  Place your cursor in the HTML Editor where you want the Training Page Navigation link to appear.

b.  Click a training page option in the Training Center Page links drop-down and the link will appear in the HTML editor.

    Training Completion Tracking - You can add Training Step Completed links to the training page using the Insert Training Step drop-down.

a.  Place your cursor in the HTML Editor where you want the Training Completed - Step 1 link to appear.

b.  Click the [TrainingStep1] option in the Insert Training Step drop-down and the link will appear in the HTML editor.

c.  Continue to add Training Step Completion links (links for 20 training steps are available).

NOTE: Training Tracking must be activated on the Admin Settings page for it to be available in the Training Pages' HTML Editors.

3.  Click the Save button to save the Training page.
